If you are considering putting your home up for sale, please consider Villager Agent Duane Sweigard. He was actually the seller's agent for a home we purchased in April, but we came to appreciate the tremendous job he did for his client. After our offer was accepted, he turned the same cooperation and helpful attitude to us as the buyers. Duane is a man of transparent sincerity and integrity and I value him not only an an excellent real estate agent, but as a friend.

Sabra Karr at Villager Realty is incredible. My husband and I are first time home buyers in an area neither of us are from and would not be in our dream home without Sabra and her expertise. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle yet assertive and was always available for showings, questions, recommendations, etc. She guided us through an intense market with such grace. We fully trusted her through each stage of the home buying process and never felt pressured into anything. Her calming demeanor was especially appreciated when we encountered an issue an hour before closing, which she promptly found a solution and lead us to resolution. We are extremely grateful to have found Sabra and will continue to consult her for any real estate needs in the future. We were hesitant to work with a realty company and had hoped to sell our home by ourselves. We are very happy we made the decision to call Villager Realty and were very fortunate to work with Tiffany Price. She was very friendly and available and kept us updated on all the attention our home was getting.
