Excellent instructors of an excellent program. Professor Ramsey has a great martial arts program combining fitness, striking, grappling, and self defense in a fun atmosphere. He and his instructors have a huge wealth of knowledge to share with new and experienced martial arts students. After nearly 6 years training here I can say it has vastly improved my life both physically and mentally. This is where you want to train.

Took a self defense class. The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, but also challenged us. We had so much fun, and more importantly- learned so much.
