No maintenance ever. MERTZ threw out my posessions illegally, tried gathering tenants to sign a document to force me out. Evicted me after I already planned to move because they alleged i owed rent but NEVER gave receipts. AFTER 2 YEARS OF ASKING. SAME WITH LEASE. CK (owner) was guilty of violating a restraining order that I needed to get against him and paid a fine. ADA violations. Floors fell apart in shed so they just threw things away and changed locks.
