“My wife and I Mechanicsburg Dental Associates transferred to your office our nearby Dentist closed. Your office was able accomodate our schedule and to get our records the previous Dentist.
Being new, I expected an especially careful initial visit, and it was.
1. To my surprise, all my teeth were x-rayed fully.
2. Next a full circular x-ray was completed.
3. Finally teeth wear photographed.
4. The hygienist examined the teeth, then the Dentist followed.

Although my had been checked 6 months earlier, She noted a broken tooth with four cracks. I would be liable to break, pretty soon. We decided it would be corrected by a crown-saving what could be done and filling in with the crown. Yesterday, the final crown was installed. It went in almost perfectly. As an aside the photos of the bad tooth enabled me to explain the problem better.

“I found this practice under the worst circumstances - with a throbbing toothache. Fortunately, they accommodated me with an appointment on the same day that my dentist told me I needed to see an endodontist for a root canal. Dr. Futato and his staff were terrific. While it took some time, the procedure was painless. When I called the practice the next day and told them that I was concerned because my jaw was still sore, a dental assistant explained that it was likely from the inflamed ligament around the tooth and it should clear in a couple of days. And it did.“
