Josh and Stacy are both very informed and helpful. I was on their website trying to figure out what a mushroom cap was attached to and sent an inquiry on the site. Within an hour they had both reached out with information on the cap and advice on how to determine what it is.
Mark and Jay met with me, carefully went over all my maintenance needs and readily suggested excellent solutions. I was given straight forward answers and both guys worked hard to get the job done. Replaced older water heater for a big, bold and beautiful Bradford White 40 gallon gas tank. They had to maneuver up and down a narrow and deep plight of stairs to fit it in snuggly into a very tight space. No easy task! Out of nowhere, a major emergency issue came up that was tackled and resolved immediately. As a homeowner, I highly recommend Solution Based Plumbing!
I’ve been having plumbing problems for a while, pipes springing leaks etc. Recently the hot water heater started leaking. It was only 3 years new! Josh sent his team over and the didn’t just replace the water heater, they found out that the water conditioner hadn’t been working properly and the well water wasn’t being treated which was the reason why the water was corroding the pipes! Took a couple days to fix the system and didn’t have to replace the whole thing! Got the new water heater installed and now all is good! John, Nathan, Matt and Josh, and all the workers were SO professional, polite and neat!!
