They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly. The quality of their work is outstanding - my system runs flawlessly and is much more efficient than before. It’s rare to find a company that truly takes pride in their craftsmanship, but Cloak & Sons absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC installation or service.

Very pleased with Ryan Cloak's Sevice visit. My initial call to his office was received by Dana who was very pleasant and assured me that Ryan would follow-up shortly, after completeing another customer's service. In less than 30 minutes ,I rec'd a call back that he was on his way and the service charge would be $125 plus parts and mateials. Upon arival, Ryan diagnosed the issue quickly and immediately remedied the situation. Very thorough and professional! I will keep Ryan Cloak at the top of my HVAC call list, and won't hesitate to use his services again. Thank you Dana and Ryan!!

Outstanding service ! After the recent heat wave, we had mini splits installed. Ryan & his team completed the job quickly on a tight timeline, the units are working flawlessly, and Ryan took the time to walk us through everything from technical details to rebates etc etc. His team was excellent from start to finish and I highly recommend
