Terrible.First I choose this Dr Kane because not only was he listed as accepting new patients all over the insurance sites but they also show tons of open availability . However after scheduling I get a call this Dr is not in fact accepting patients. They have another Dr available, I rescheduled with him. Then they proceeded to call me twice more to cancel each of those apts. Now today (on my 3 reschedule) after waiting nearly a full month I leave work early, show up at my apt (15 mins early as requested) and am completly ignored by all the staff. Finally after my apt time passes I go up to ask what's going on and they say they called me this morning to reschedule. Now...read full review

My fiancé needed a prescription refilled while out of town. Nurse said they would have it sent over within an hour. Went to pick up two hours later and they never received it. Called back and the lady answering the phone said she was going to send it over. I asked if it was actually going to be sent and she hung up on us. Called back and was told the prescription could not be refilled since she had not be seen in over a year, which was not true. So after being told the prescription could be filled we were left hanging. Avoid this place at all costs. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I went to Dr Meagan and John Kane with a request to sign a medical exemption for school for my children. My children suffer from anxiety. Mask wearing for 7 hours a day caused my children to need counseling. Meagan refused to help my children, instead she told me to have them do school virtually. I explained that would further isolate them and cause more anxiety. She still refused. How can a doctor not care about the emotional and mental well-being of a child? Horrible practice. Dr Kane did not even care to examine my child before refusing to help them.
