I had a hot water heater that failed, visitors inbound and a wife who was unsympathetic to my failed DIY attempts to repair the problem. ...so I called Colleen at Benjamin Franklin. She was able to shoehorn my problem into an already packed schedule, dispatched a skilled plumber who diagnosed the problem in five minutes and repairs were complete in twenty. If you are looking for fast, professional and reasonably priced service this is the company you want to do business with.
Today Pat Davis of Benjamin Fraklin Plumbing updated the decades old pipes, installed new shut-off valves, and a new faucet in our downstairs bath. And he provided a quote on a new shower replacement- asking informed questions and offering good options. We are very happy with the quality of the work and level of professionalism.
