Everything from start to finish was excellent! From the very first call to the technician coming out to my home, everything was smooth and professional. I will def be working with HTR Mechanical again.
The HTR team provided excellent service - both from the office team and the installation crew. The experience exceeded our expectations every step of the way - recommending options we hadn"t considered and communicating throughout the process. We would highly recommend HTR to anyone looking for HVAC services.
I want to let you know how pleased I am with this company. When I spoke with them they answered all my questions about installing a dual fuel heat pump system. They sent two employees to measure my home to determine the best size needed. They were both very knowledgeable and very friendly. They were able to answer the questions I asked them. They sent me multiple estimates. I made a appointment with Mike the owner with a few questions and to sign a agreement. Within a week they were here. They are hard working, they never stopped till the job was done. They explained everything to my wife and myself how to operate the new system.
