Per my statement, they removed the delivery fee and increased the 5 gallon water's price. It was fine, but then they added the delivery fee back. I guess that's one way to increase the price in a sneaky way without telling customers. Despite that, they keep delivering leaking bottles. The first time I noticed it so it didn't cause any issue, but i didn't notice the leak on a recent delivery and about a gallon of it leaked on my wooden floor overnight.

Had a bottle that leaked, therefore was unusable. Emailed customer service and was promised a FREE replacement (even though I simply asked for a refund of the damaged item, which would have been easier). They delivered the replacement bottle but then charged me for it. I have emailed several times asking for a refund of the replacement that was supposed to be at no additional charge, but no response. Cancelling my account and will be getting water from the Giant grocery store.

My company used their service in multiple locations but if you want ANYTHING other than your recurring orders, good luck. They skipped me on the last 3 deliveries, canceled the 4th delivery, and won't give me an emergency delivery now that I'm out of water. I even put a sign up with my contact info for them to call me when they arrive so that I could talk to someone. They ignored the sign and left without taking empty bottles or giving me full ones.
