Wow! Where do I start? B & B has been life saving!! When I moved into my home 4/5 years ago, B&B installed a new Heating/AC unit. I avoided a ton of hot sleepless nights. Then their repair man, Chris was servicing my unit another year and just so happened to see that my oil tank, that was not under B&B’s contract, had a leak. Had Chris not spotted this, it could have resulted in quite a disaster. I am so grateful for his professionalism. The next time I saw Chris, he found that my dog had destroyed my brand new unit, unintentionally, and even though the news wasn’t great, Chris advised me on how to protect the outside unit from future damage. B & B makes sure my unit is serviced annually and is very flexible with my decision. I am so glad I took the chance when first calling them. HIGHLY recommended!!!!
