Brought a RHD JDM car here which gave them a small issue with their system. Chris said he would get back to me after contacting the correct people based on the situation. I figured this would take awhile but got back to me the next day, also stating we are busy right now but I’ll make the time today for you. Quoted me very fair price and was professional the whole way through. I don’t normally trust larger shops like this, but because of the professionalism shown by Chris and the other staff there. I won’t be looking at going anywhere else as quality service like this is hard to find. Thank you guys once again!

Sharing a review due to one person in particular! Dane is a driver for the convenience shuttles here. I have never met a more professional, personable young man in the service industry. He was courteous, highly knowledgeable and extremely safe. He drove myself, my husband and our two children about 30 minutes from the store. My husband forgot to update his phone number with Quick Lane, so our vehicle was done on his way back to the store from dropping us off. this man turned around and figured out from landmarks how to get back to our house! First time going to quick lane for a repair and they were awesome! Friendly, snacks available, and a shuttle service to take you home if you don’t want to wait!! Bob took me step by step through everything and got me quotes for new tires I’d need in the future. Very informative and very friendly! I’ll be going here for all my services now!
