This was my third visit to Polished in the West Shore Plaza. Everyone (including those who weren’t involved in my mani/pedi) were smiling and so friendly. Emerald was my nail technician(?) this time and I was so very pleased with her appearance, her demeanor, her skill, and the results. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!
So relaxing and Christine was great! Explained the process to me in full, made sure all my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable the whole time.
