I wanted to support a local Trans owned business, i was pleased to meat the trans owner charles to do business.My pleasure ends there!This establishment is dirty and sells used hair and pretends that it is new!!!I bought a wig for my upcoming performance and once I glued it on I found that it was infested with LICE AND BED BUGS!! my scalp was sooo itchy and red!I tried to return the wig to the trans owner charles and she laughed at the red marks on my scalp from the vermin! She told me to take my blotchy head out of her store and threatened me!!! I was so offended!I will take my business elsewhere and am filing a complaint with the board of health!Also, this establishment... read full review
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!The owner Charles said that I am too nappy to be seen in her store and refused to do business with me! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!
This place never picked up the phone ? and she never into her store like this is making it so easy for others to go to other people wigs store ?
