I have been going to Soul Centered Wellness for the past three years. When I started I was just seeing Jocelyn for Soul Journey. I was at stuck in a funk at that time. I love the 5am class! Jess is very purposeful when she plans workouts, and does an exceptional job tailoring them to each person. I feel like I get daily personal training, versus scripted exercise classes. The facility itself is beautiful, and everyone on staff is friendly and extremely knowledgable. I appreciate the bag classes on the schedule, and also the variety of equipment that isn't readily available in Berks county.
