Tyler just left my house and fixed a problem he diagnosed a few weeks ago. The part needed was ordered and he replaced it within a few hours. Every time I use Berkshire Mechanical I am always treated with respect and they always maintain professional. Today was no exception, when Tyler arrived I told him the temporary fix from a few weeks ago stopped working and the house was at 52 degrees he felt awful and gave me hot air right away before replacing the broken part and said next time call when my house is 52 even though I only didn't because I knew he was coming to fix it today. Thank you, Tyler, and thank you Berkshire Mechanical 💙
