Just called to reschedule an appointment and the woman who I talked to was very rude, short with me, and seemed like she didn't want to do her job. I cried after the phone call and felt awful. I've been coming here for about a year now but I'm thinking about changing in the near future. From reading more bad reviews, it seems like nobody is doing anything to fix these problems. I have Dr. Leo and she is great, but after this call I don't want to come back. Completely unnecessary to be rude when all I needed was an appointment change.

Dr. Litz is the absolute worst doctor I have ever experienced. I came in today to continue finding out what we could do to find out what is wrong with my health, he came into the room attacking me with aggressive behavior as soon as he walked in the door, talking about a couple appointments I couldn't come to and was more worried about appointments i could not show up to instead of my health and instead of moving past appointments I couldn't show up to and dicussing treatment plans he said he would be happy if I would leave my appointment and found another doctor and stormed out of the room saying he needed to talk to his office manager(who was not even in today because...read full review

All the doctors are great.The receptionist will treat you super nice while you are there. Call in and get treated like trash. Could not answer basic questions and hung up on me. Thanks
