If I can give a zero I paid for an hour got 45 mins. I felt violated. I wastouch inappropriately. asked for change and only received half my change so tip was just taken. will never ever go here again don't recommend any one going here unless u want violated. Also after massage noticed in corner a white thing thought ok maybe ant trap upon closer look it was a roach trap with dead roaches in the trap. so disgusted!!!!

$50 for a 45 minute massage that was more like 25 minutes. The lady came in and out of my room for a total of 18 times INTERRUPTING my massage, starting and stopping SEVERAL times. I went there for knots on the left side of my back and left with a sore spine b/c she rubbed hot stones down the middle of my back so hard. I told her that did not feel good at all. After I paid and went to sign the receipt she said "tip" "tip" I said "uhhh no b/c you didnt even do a 45 minute massage, my back hurts worse than when I came in here and you came in and out of my room interrupting my massage for a total of 18 times. Never will I ever go there again!!

The massage itself was great, but after it was done, I gave a 40 dollar tip, and the lady still wanted another 20. That is absolutely ridiculous, and extremely greedy. The ladies at the Quentin Spa are happy with a 20 dollar tip, which would be 80 total. An hour massage is 60, and the lady tried to get another 60 dollars on top for a tip. Talk about being greedy. Smh. I will never go back there, and will certainly go to the one on Quentin
