A CPA here came highly recommended and I do NOT think this experience is a direct reflection on his character. After initial contact made 6 separate attempts over 5 weeks time trying to communicate using FOUR different methods with no return call, email or any communication.

This place is a joke. They lost my dad's tax information he dropped off. Told him he dropped it off at Myerstown office not Lebanon and then they call and leave a message they located it after 2 weeks. Called us liars because they never left a message like that they said. He will never go there again. They are inconsiderate unprofessional and disorganized!! For the manager that i spoke to on the phone who would love to hear the message he says they didnt leave. I was able to retrieve the voicemail. It was a woman named melissa who stated mr neidig we have located your files however after 2 weeks Heidi needed an additional 3 more days to complete them. I was charged 300 for a simple W2 return. Accountants at myerstown location may want to work on their attitude when dealing with upset clients. The lack of care and greediness is appalling.
