I had a terrible experience with Alex. I'm sure he's a great guy,he seemed cool and gave me a reasonable price and starting date,but after pushing me off for well over a month saying my floor didn't come in yet,he finally asked me for a down payment so he can place my order,a full month and a half after his promised install date. Alex is a real slacker wen it comes to communication. He finally just dropped me and left me hanging with a simple sorry,and good luck.
