My nail tech (sorry I didn’t ask her name) did an amazing job and she was so efficient with the time too but it looks neat and just as I asked for. I go here a lot. And there prices are reasonable compared to others around them

Cleanliness: For the most part it is clean. It could use a bit more but not enough for me to not go there

Pern is absolutely the best. She actually cares about the health of your nail under the product of your choice. She is very attentive and caring and her work is great. She is nice and pays attention to the detail the customer asks of her.

Took my niece for a pedi. I had a guy who started over 5 minutes before the girl who did my niece. He took his time and did a good job. The girl who did my niece rushed, didn't do as much for her and finished very shortly after I was done. Less that a week later her gels were falling off. I have one little chip on 1 toe. My niece has had 5 gels completely fall off. And she was traveling in a car so not doing activities that would cause damage to her nails. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
