We were told that when we purchased our home the roof was newer 2017 . We had a home we bought before and two weeks afterwards the roof needed replaced so i was VERY adamant about the roof being not an issue . We bought our home at 151 N chestnut Street in good faith only a year ago . Several weeks after that we had a roofer here because we had an issue with shingles . Today we had Century roofing here and only a little bit of the roof was done in 2017 using Shingles that are illegal in Pa . We got two opinions before going with a new roof . My real estate agent was Taylor, she was amazing throughout my whole first time home purchasing process, no matter how many questions I had they were never left unanswered, she is an EXCELLENT worker! She makes you feel comfortable enough to discuss any concerns! She is very smart and knows exactly what she is doing! She’s going to go very far with her caree!
