They arrived quickly, were extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem fast and had everything safely repaired in no time. On top of their technical expertise, they were both courteous, respectful, and made sure we understood the work they were doing. We've used E H Williams for three projects, and we couldn't be happier with the price, service and just all around good nature of everyone there. In 2020, they spent a week installing a whole house ductless system, and it was like having friends over. One of the units could not be installed until additional remodeling was done, and over a year later they came out and finished the job without any additional fees. All in all, they are efficient, friendly and priced right.
