I was not happy that they took so long because from the moment I walked in there was another Hispanic brother waiting for his haircut and so I sat and waited for at least 30 minutes and then being that I had things to do and couldn’t afford to wait any longer because the time it seemed like it was going to take to get my haircut didn’t allow enough time for me to get to do what I planned to do so I was very disappointed to not get my haircut but I love the Spanish community and I know very well that everyone at Chikos knows how to cut just if anyone is impatient or doesn’t go with at least a half day blocked off then don’t plan on getting a haircut plan on wasting...read full review

I used to have the same barber for several years, but he has become unreliable.I now go to Chiko's, where I get my hair cut by Joselo. The shop is usually packed on the day I go (every other Saturday), but I just call or stop by in advance to setup an appointment.They probably could use a English speaking attendant, it's a little intimidating if you don't know any Spanish, BUT just speak to anyone and they will help you any way they can.The prices are fair, and I'm always satisfied with the results.

Great customer service, professional, friendly, respectful, and on-time with appointments? The only place I will take my sons and grandsons for their haircuts. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work??
