I have a warranted window part that I called to have repaired spring 2021. I understand that the supply chain can take longer than normal. I was told the part FINALLY arrived around August. I've been trying to schedule a time for installation & now no one is calling me back. The cellphone is being pushed to vmail. Very rude. Just call me if you can't do the job. I was interested in having window screens prefabricated and repaired. After multiple calls and voicemails someone finally called me back. Surprisingly, they said they would come out that same afternoon. They came took all the measurements...meaning they walked through my entire house. They said they would be back in touch in a week. I never heard from them again. I called back several times and left several voicemails. NOTHING! Makes me really uncomfortable knowing I gave two representatives from this company full reign of my house for absolutely nothing.
