Our dog stayed here in July with required accompanied records. He is GSD and not going to interact with strangers but other kennels stated he acts like many GS. We go to drop him off on Christmas Eve before a family trip and it was made clear that he was not welcomed. I think this kennel may be nice for other breeds, but not all GSDs. Go to Carwens- They have been the best by far for us! Now we are in a pickle. (Also, they do not seem to remember boarding him just 6 months ago) Extremely disappointed.

Sun Valley Kennels:They are very rude, and disrespectful to seniors. I took our dog to them to watch while we were on vacation.Just because I was a few minutes late I was chewed out. "VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"They need to learn that whatever is happening in your life, you need be professional and treat people with respect.I will never go to them again.I would advise everyone to look elsewhere to take your pet.

We love our Dixie girl and this being the only time we had her boarded the owner and staff were great. She came back smelling so fresh and clean and somewhat calmer. She must of liked the owner because she gave her a big lick. Lol. I would definitely recommend this kennel and will definitely take my Dixie again. Thank you for caring for my girl.
