Black Flag is my new 1st stop shop for my families auto mechanic needs. Good group of mechanics, felt good energy talking with them. Had to have my 2016 tahoe towed to them for repairs, they accepted my 3rd party auto warranty, handled the back and forth with the warranty company, part was delivered to them directly without issue and they kept me updated. I've been looking for an alternative to the dealership and think I've found it in Black Flag.
Great shop. Had a pretty big job done on my car, had a water pump replacement. They allowed me to supply my own parts and had no problem sending me over there labor price that they would honor. Had my mother and aunt go pick it up for me and they were patience at I’m sure they asked a million questions. Been driving the car around for the pass week and not a single issue so far and these guys did the job for 500 dollars cheaper than surrounding shops. These guys will definitely be my new regular.
My new garage for me and my family for now on. My son went there first, the next day I was right bewith my car, 2 days later my cousin brought her car she just purchased there for them to check everything out. I think this tells you how good their work is.
