Thank you Bev! Skyler came to North Penn just for a surgery. but after the care we have received has been top notch care! our son Skyler needs ear and dental surgery. we were scheduled with chop and they scheduled us at the location. meanwhile Skyler develop a infection. bev worked non stop to find a solution. meanwhile chop who my son been a patient of since 1, blamed us. I'm so thankful for them and now we are a forever patient
Always a great experience. Staff are courteous and kind, they are always on time with appointments and they take the time afterward to review any issues or concerns with my children’s teeth.
I took my son at 3 for his first appointment. The staff was amazing and so was Dr. Wong especially. My son was hesitant going in and they relieved his fears immediately with their smiles and great personalities. There is a tv on the ceiling, they wear cool glasses and head phones to watch the movies and block out any noise. There are incentives (toys) for afterwards for the little kids to assist with calming them. Dr. Won’t was so chatty and positive and my son thought he was so cool.
