My experience was super. I was at the store as a result of having a flat tire in front of the store. Everybody was incredibly helpful, and caring attempting to help with a very difficult situation. In my case I had a BMW it's did not have the necessary wheel locks to fix a flat that I needed attended to, and they still did their best to help. The people that worked with me were knowledgeable, kind, and gracious.Thank you!

once again the whole team here at firestone took great care of me and my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle online and it needed new tires I was a little concerned I would have to fight a warranty company for replacements. not the case the store manager handled everything and called me and had new tires on my vehicle within a few hours. thanks to all of you job very well done
