Dr. Drill is an excellent eye doctor. I have tried other optometrists in the area, but came back to Dr. Drill. He is patient, truly listens to my concerns, and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. My glasses come out perfect every time thanks to his careful attention and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Walter to anyone looking for quality eye care!
AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE. I had an issue that required the expertise of an optometrist. Miss Stephanie and Dr. Drill were amazing and helped me resolve my issue. A lesson burned is a lesson learned. I finally conceded to no longer having eagle-eye vision and walked into that Owl place, the ones proclaiming themselves as the "Best".Yeah, there's that.While the staff were friendly and eager to assist, in the end they failed to deliver. After going back four more times, and even spending more money, I finally gave up having spent close to $500.Two years later, and one visit to Dr. Drill...I can see clearly now, rain or shine!The lesson learned; those box-store eye shops aren't what they're cracked up to be and, in the end, you'll spend more with them for less.Dr. Drill doesn't have a fancy office, with walls lined with thousands...read full review
