Our experience with Custom Craft has been very good. They are very organized and have great communication. The entire project was planned in detail, and any changes have been communicated and tracked in their app. We spent the first few months planning the renovations with Julie Stafford from Custom Craft's Design Team. She took such great care while listening to our needs and wishes for the four rooms being renovated. The result was a beautiful and functional design which has made the most efficient use of our spaces. Each change from the original plan requires our review and approval so there are no surprises.
