Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable about carpet, timely response and a pleasure to do business.I had several area rugs cleaned in the past by professional carpet companies that came to the house and steamed cleaned the rugs but the rugs never seemed clean; the rugs stayed damp for hours, seemed stiff with lingering dirt and stains were still obvious.Bob and his team removed the rugs, cleaned them at their factory and returned them a couple weeks later.
