After providing him with a picture of our desired design, Miguel demonstrated a keen understanding of our vision by providing a comprehensive list of items to purchase. The tiled shower in our main bathroom suite was leaking into the room below and causing damage. We were worried about our first major home repair and so had a lot of questions about the process. Miguel was able to put us at ease and explain the pros and cons of our options so we could make an informed decision and not feel pressured. He was very communicative from the very beginning through the end of the project. He and his team were friendly, courteous, and tidied up after themselves each day.
