After weeks of pain and somewhat limited mobility of my shoulder and my neck, and about 40000 knots in my back and shoulders...an hour and a half later I can lift both arms straight up and fully roll my head from side to side, without it sounding like I'm driving down a gravel road in the back of my head. Kate does some great work. I'll be back again, And if you havent gone to see her yet, make time, she'll fix your muscular woes!
