I couldn't believe that my second lobe piercings and helix piercing didn't hurt beyond the initial sting of the needle!My first helix piercing years ago at a different reputable piercing shop was more painful and took longer to heal, so I have a comparison. I would go back to Serenity Body Arts in a heartbeat. Madison demonstrated a great deal of care in making sure the placement was perfect and that I was happy with the locations before going ahead with the piercing. She's also really funny and made it a nice experience.My piercings are healing well, and I received a care guide. They didn't charge for a follow up downsizing (if you're reading this- please tip your provider at the follow up though!).Tiny request- would love if they had a wider selection of jewelry. It was very reasonably priced, but I'd pay more for additional options. Maybe something you could order in advance through them?“

“I went to Brand New Tattoo on 6/22/2023 to get my first ever tattoo. My artist was Sabrina Ryan. Sabrina was friendly and easygoing and made it a great experience for me. I’m not a tattoo expert, but after seeing how great my first tattoos came out (Sharp and precise line work), I made a second appointment with Sabrina and got two more tattoos today. I sent Sabrina some photos and she created a great tattoo for me. I’m very happy with all the work I have received. Also the front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you are on the fence about getting a tattoo just go and make an appointment with Sabrina at Brand New Tattoo and do it. I’ve already set my third appointment.“
