My very expensive UGG fur comforter was ruined in multiple spots (fur was matted and seemed singed). Once I was home and saw the damage I returned back to talk about the issue and asked for my $51 back. The women was not remorse and refused to give me my money back. I went to yardley dry cleaners the previous years without any issue, went to Langhorne because they were cheaper. You get what you pay for!!
I am a new customer coming to this establishment. My review is based on treatment and quality of work.I brought in the following:1 Jacket2 Men's Suits1 Fix (Pants Repair)1 Shirt/StarchNow, I requested everything to be dry clean and my collar to be treated and starched. When I viewed my collar, it was still dirty.Kim stated to me: It's clean, it was dirty when you brought in.First and foremost, a dry cleaner is suppose to CLEAN and LAUNDER clothing, no matter the condition.Secondly, when I brought it to her attention she refused to correct the issue and brushed me off stating she would not clean it again.Third, I said to her I'm a new customer and I will absolutely NOT come back to your establishment. First impression is always a lasting impression and you, miss are in business not to gain loyal customers but simply to build your brand.I will NEVER return and will not refer anyone to your place of business. As a fellow business owner myself, customer service should ALWAYS come first. You failed this test!
Brought my dress in for alterations 2 weeks later it was done and still too large. The lady gave me an attitude because it wasn’t taken in enough, so she told me to come back next week. Picked it up today, had no dress bag, and the gentleman was stepping on the bottom as he was trying to hand it to me and it was still way too large. Now I need to try to find a last minute seamstress that actually knows what they’re doing. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.Service: Alterations
