KS rescued me from a horrible situation with another local builder. From start to finish, Karley, Tom, Eric Sr, Eric Jr and the entire crew of guys led by the amazing Edgar were on time, helpful and worked tirelessly to get our family swimming in season. The quality of the finished product is top notch and nothing was ever a surprise cost as we discussed and agreed on every single aspect of the project before, during and after the work needed to be done. We're not sure how we ended up finding KS pool – however, we are very thankful we did! All the staff were easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking.We specifically looked for a company that could do both pools and patios. Our initial phone call was with Eric Snee -we discussed just the pool and possibly adding a patio. The call with Eric was super easy and in less than a week from the original phone call Eric came out to look at our backyard and provided a quote for the pool. I am beyond thrilled with my new KS Pool! Every single person I have dealt with has been helpful, courteous and professional. From the initial sales process, to the workers who were digging during the hottest days of the year, to Cheryl and Karley in the office, all the way up to management, everyone was a pleasure to work with. There were a few bumps along the way, as expected with any project, but they all handled it with ease. Once they started digging, the pool was swim-ready in 3 weeks and they even lost a good part of 4 days to rain.
