“We hired KPI2 to purchase and install all new windows on our Town House. After working with KPI2 for other projects, as well as being the primary contract for our HOA, we knew they would the ideal company. Their team showed up on time 3 days in a row to complete the install of new windows and a back door. They were professional and cleaned up completely (no nails hiding in the grass or crevices) after every day. They replaced any framing wood that may have been needed as well as ensured all siding was put back up correctly with the appropriate waterproofing (something that the original contracts of the house neglected to install). They were able to provide drip-edge in a color other than white or brown - In my case they provided almond color to match my capping. They were also able to work with credit cards (with 3% fee), allowing me to put the intial deposit on Visa. (very few contactors I got estimates from - did this) .
