“I had a very nice swim in their pool today, 3 lap swimming lanes and an open area. Depth drops from 4' to 11' also it is cheap only $15 a day for access to their gym, showers, and the pool. This place is kid friendly with an outdoor kid style water park and shallow pool.“

“I come from golds gym and have spent time at over 10 gyms over the last couple of years. My only complaint is the price. This gym puts you into a true workout environment. You often have the place to yourself and can be as loud as you want until a certain time. It has old school equipment, and if you know what your doing, you can achieve a good solid workout.
