Dr. Brightner is a kind and personable Dr. whom both my daughter and I like. Which is the reason we like to go to this practice. I’m just not sure why nobody is answering the phones lately, I’ve tried several times today and nobody has been picking up the line. I’m not sure if they are having trouble with the lines or what but this is the second time I’ve experienced this since going to this specific office. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. My only complaint is that I wish someone would answer the phones.

Between my wife, myself, and our four children… I believe we’ve had visits with every provider in the facility and all seem very knowledgeable and personable. We’ve rarely, if ever, had a negative experience going there.

Took my child to be seen and Dr Ashbaugh was great. But when it came time to check out the girl Alyssa was rude. She pretended to be on the phone but wasn’t even talking. When she finally hung up it seemed like I was inconveniencing her. Isn’t it her job to check us out and set up my child’s next appointment? I decided to go up to the front desk instead. There was a few people waiting to be taken care of, which I’m assuming it’s why this girl Alyssa was suppose to take care of the people leaving the office.
