Cara was great at listening to what we wanted and being encouraging. She managed to pivot quickly when a new house suddenly came on the market, and gave us really good counsel on things like putting in bids. When a co-worker offered to buy my home even before it went on the market, I hired Cara to help with the paperwork and give advice, because I felt she could help us do that in a way that would not only be legal, but also help it go smoothly so I didn't inadvertently create a rift between me and my coworker.
