    My wife and I are becoming increasingly frustrated with Terminix's automatic billing system. Last year we accepted Terminix's offer to pay for two years of service at a guaranteed rate. This year we received several letters saying that if we didn't pay for this year's service that we would lose our coverage. When we called and reminded them of the offer we accepted we were told that we would only have to pay the increase for this year. We again told them about the guaranteed rate and they finally relented. In Aug we again received another bill for one year's service. We called again and were told that we are covered for the next 12 months... read full review

    TRISTON HORST is the example of a very bad customer service.

    I am giving a 3 because 1 of the techs that I have had was wonderful. He called at least 24hours in advance and said what time he was coming.
    But when I called because I was seeing a large amount of ants in my house they changed my techs which was a horrible thing to do. they never showed up, they would text 50mins before saying they were coming. The 1st time though never texted or anything but they said they spent 3 hours at my house and the guy said oh nobody was home which there was someone home all day. Then I called I told them he put a work order in for being there for 3 hours... read full review

    The manager suppose to call me on numerous occasions, I was told by customer service that they would call. Never happened, then was told a date and time to have my service completed, the technician arrived hours late with no call letting me know they would be late.
