“I had my first appointment with Kristi and she did more for me than my old chiropractor did in years! I immediately felt the difference in my back and neck after just one session! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her and her husband’s practice!“

“After reading the other reviews I think there should be more than one Yelp listing for this establishment, as it seems that the reviews are for the family doctor's office. However also housed in this building under the same name is a physical therapy office as well as a lab. My review is for the physical therapy office, which I've been to several times now. When I was first contacted by them after my family doctor made my referral there was a misunderstanding concerning my insurance coverage. According to my insurance they were covered with a $40 copay and even listed on the website. However the practice insisted they contacted my insurance and they were considered out of network, thus requiring me to pay for my visits at $300-$500 a piece. Which at the recommended treatment of 2 visits were week adds up to alot of money! After much going back and forth and finally a conference call with my insurance company and them we were able to get it squared away. I'm so glad I pursued this on my own and pushed things along and didn't get discouraged. Missy was who I dealt with at their office was great. She even called me to apologize again for the misinformation she was given. I don't fault her at all. After that initial insurance issue I never had issue again. At my first visit I was seen by Steven who reviewed and verified my issues and devised a treatment plan. Some aspects were hands on and he was very professional and always asked first if he could touch me, which I thought was very respectful. My visits since than have been with a number of therapists, all very friendly, although some a bit chatty. One thing they have in common is they all check in with me and keep checking on comfort and pain level. If you are offered tens treatment and heat - go for it. It's the best part of physical therapy. It's too early to tell if it's working, but I have learned some valuable tips to ease my problem, and a way to position myself that I am mindful of every day. If all else fails at least I'll be more aware of bad posture when using the computer. They do fill up quickly so it's best to book out a few weeks in advance to get the times you want if you are having ongoing treatment. In regards to cleaning they are very proactive and clean everything - even the seat you sit on, and insist on hand sanitizer upon check in, as well as temperature checks and covid questions.“
