I placed a call to red Rose and spoke with Michelle who went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction. She connected me with Alex who scheduled Joe and Jordan to come out to diagnose my issue. From the time that Joe and Jordan showed up they educated me And fixed my issue within 10 minutes. What I thought was gonna cost me $1000 didn’t even come close to it. I went to the store and bought the products that was suggested and met Rick the store manager. He was beyond helpful and kind. It was overall an amazing experience.

Evan White, the pool technician, successfully keeps our pool in perfect operation....keeping our grandkids very happy. His quality of work and communication skills are superb. Also Paul Nedik, manager of Red Rose, has brought an extremely high level of customer focus, professionalism and quality back to the organization.

I was having a very difficult time getting anyone to help me with my salt butter pool.It had a chemical imbalance so we had to throw in chemicals to clear up the pool. However, the chemicals were like a powder and we had no way of sucking it up. Thanks to crystal pool company who could not come out because we did not buy the pool from them. Suggested red Rose pool company from Lancaster. It was a great experience. They came out the same day. Looked at it and came out the next day and fixed it. And we were swimming later that day. I cannot thank them enough.
