Christian 6/24/2024 Everyone is complaining about this facility let me put a good word in for this facility - the moment I step inside I was greeted by a smiling receptionist "may I help you please" - the nurse who came to take me back to see the Doctor (Dr Ali) was very pleasant as she took me back - the place was very clean and again everyone was very helpful - I wish I wouldn't live so far away I would come back - keep up the good work -
I like Penn State health because they are caring, precise, welcoming.. My waits are never long.. in an emergency the staff is on point as to my needs.. I'm happy I made a choice to welcome Penn State Health Lime Springs as my primary care
The drs are great I've been going since Dr Michael Warren was in charge so Oyster Point..I'm on hold for 25 mins or more just to get a answer to a lab result since 3/21/24 of this yr... lupus or rhmeatoid arthritis I still have not gotten a reply or response back yet...I love my dr n most of the staff but deny mee care for a rheumatologist is beyond disgusting please please please call me back so I can get some what better? Thanks in advance
