We needed Covid tests within 72 hours of our flight to Aruba. We needed to get the results at least 4 hours before the flight. We were referred to Passport Health. They were fantastic to work with! We scheduled an appointment in Lancaster. We met with Carol who was great! We had questions a few days later and emailed after hours. To our surprise our emails were answered by Karen shortly after sending them. When we got the results from our tests, one of names was was misspelled. My wife and I needed a negative covid test for our delayed honeymoon to Aruba . We had scheduled a test that would have been to late for our flights . So Erin graciously stayed late to do our tests a day earlier than scheduled so we wouldn't need to change our flights . Thanks for your EXCELLENT service Erin !!

Thanks to my family physician, Dr Michael Shirk, he directed me to seek out a travel health provider for my upcoming trip. (I did not know Travel Medicine was a specialty) While there were a handful of providers to choose from, Passport Health stood out. Between their comprehensive website, easy, online appointment scheduling and the thorough information provided by the RN Carol, I am ready to good abroad. Consider them as a valuable resource for overseas travel!
