So grateful, still(!), for the Neffsville staff and the kind, gentle way they care for my pets. This morning when I called at 8:00, they had an appointment at 10:10 to see my sick dog. The staff was so nice to me and my boy. No guilt, just good care. Knowing he had an annual check-up next week, they tried to fit that in as well. And they offered me tips on how to save money for his medicine. Dr Rosenbaum was wonderful with him as was the vet tech (I'm sorry, I forgot her name), and the front office staff. Thanks everyone!
I absolutely am in love with this vet and Dr. Riehl is the best! I take 2 dogs and 3 cats to see her, and she is always so sweet and loving to them. I have a dog who is terrified of the vet and she is always willing to take her white coat off and get down on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable before even trying to start the exam! I am greatly appreciative of her time, her generosity, and the care she has for the animals and their owners. Aside from her amazing animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. Top-rate service, every time, and my pup - a picky young Shiba Inu - is always so excited to come and see both his two-legged and four-legged friends at Neffsville. We started going for their puppy socializing program when he was just five or six months old. He was introduced to new people, sounds, smells, and other typical vet stuff in addition to getting good play time with other pups his age and size. It was invaluable exposure for a breed that's known for both their general aloofness and aversion to being touched/groomed. Our pup is over a year old now and has outgrown the puppy program, but we continue to take him for daycare once a week and he still loves it.... read full review
