I would warn anyone about Maria Torres, and Bernardo Rosado. She actively assisted her husband in fraud, deceit, and dishonesty in a contractual matter, for which they were found guilty of the Pennsylvania unfair trade practices and consumer protection laws, and fined over 20,000 USD. Be careful.Last place to seek honest advice.
