I have resided here at MH Apartments in E-town for 7 years. My current property manager Marilyn Brooks has been the best yet. She is caring, fair and works so hard to keep our building and grounds in great shape. She is always helpful and kind. We have had the same building tech George T. and his performance has been great, prompt knowledgeable and caring.

Company just started managing local building and so far maintenance seems very responsive and is keeping residents informed thru memos.All are hoping this continues and leads up to a 5 star rating

I have been trying to reach somebody at a property that I have been working with since March (two different property managers which was a mess who were both nice and helpful but just as frustrated as I was/am). I was given a July 1st move in date and I have not heard anything from the property as of today (June 29th and the worst part is I basically gave notice to the place I am currently staying). I have called with no answer and without the ability to leave a message and I have sent several emails, so I decided to try contacting corporate which is HDC Mid-Atlantic only to get the same response all the voicemails are full to call back at another time and no response...read full review
