I am most grateful to Brianna Polites who was extremely helpful in meeting my goal to diminish my knee and hip pain. I now have a clear home exercise routine to continue to address these issues long term.
Recently, I "graduated" from a second stint with Hartz's superb team of physical therapists. Previously, I had been dealing with two torn tendons in my left shoulder. But, after a traumatic car accident last November, I found myself with 3 limbs that were severely impacted/fractured. Following nearly three months of hospitalization and rehab, I returned to Hartz once again.

I appreciated my time doing knee rehab with Beth & Niki at the Lancaster East location. Not only did my knee improve but Beth made sure that by discharge I had a home program in place that I was comfortable with. She really went the extra mile to personalize my therapy program & make sure that my exercise form was correct. Sessions at the center never felt rushed & everyone was very positive & supportive.
